Is this a parasite? Can anyone identify?

Parasite? What is this? About size of a finger. Solid meat-like texture all the way through (cut it open). I am a vegan going on 6 years so definately not meat! No tofu recently either. Started cleansing supplements 3 days ago, also found a few worm looking things (quite small). Any ideas?
