Dog worm / tapeworm / fluke?

The longer one is about 1-1/2 inches, small one less than an inch. These came out of a cut in my toe when I started to use antiparasitic meds. I saw a general doc who thought "dog worms" but I wanted to see if this was a fluke or tapeworm instead.
