Morgellons-Large Blackhead

I had regularly fasted for several months. One day I noticed a large "blackhead" on my lower back. Midway between the base of the spine and the anus. It appeared to be purging itself. So I "coaxed" it out with my fingers and saved it in a sample bottle. Then I bought a microscope with a camera is this is what it looked like.
