im so scared I don’t know what to do I have no friends to talk to about this or family I just pulled this out of my arm the body then the head really hard to pull out ripped several other sections of body off in between they are coming out of my nose and ears too I’m afraid to go to the Er because I am a drug addict I don’t deserve to die from this though I haven’t known what was wrong with me for the last year or teo
