1st liver flush in years
I just did my first flush in almost 3 years (3 years ago I did my 2 liver flushes). I decided that I need to do a series of flushes for a number of reasons. 1st I have had moderate but consistent acne since I was 15 (I'm 28 now). I went on long series of accutane with positive results (I haven't broken out in over a year) but I am concerned with the effects that accutane might have caused in my liver. Quite honestly I have a constant feeling as though something is stuck inside my liver at a particular point. Although my skin is currently clear, I still am trying to keep my diet as free and clean as possible. I've been a vegetarian for about 12 years, I hardly ever eat any dairy, stay away from white flour and sugar as much as I can (I crave sugar and carbs often, but don't indulge). I know that I still need to heal the cause of my complexion problems instead of just treating the effects. So this is what I've been doing:
I did the Dr. Colonix colon and parasite cleanse for a month and a half followed by my 1st colonic (not the most pleasant experience, I tell you, but so worth it) . I had a lot of "stuff" come out in my colonic session but I passed a small amount of blood afterwards that concerned me a bit (has any else had that experience?). Anyway I will be doing another one again soon.
As I stated I just did a flush this weekend. I did the Hulda Clark method like I did a few years ago. I was a little nervous about the nausea that I had on my previous flushes. This time I substituted 1 cup of water with fresh apple juice to help the epson salt solution go down a bit easier. It did help a bit, but I guess this is a dramatic cleanse so I just have to deal with the taste. I used a straw to help the solution skip past my taste buds. Drinking the olive oil/grapefruit juice solution wasn't that bad and I lay down immediately afterwards on my right side. I kept a bowl of lemon wedges near by so that every time I woke up in the night feeling nauseous, I would just suck on the wedges and that seemed to work like a charm (the past 2 times I did the cleanse I threw up but still expelled the same amount of stones that I did on this cleanse).
In the morning I took my epson salts and expelled about 70 small green stones. I was expecting more since I have been doing a parasite cleanse for a while, but I am extremely grateful that these stones are now outside of my body instead of causing an imbalance within.
I plan to do another liver cleanse in about 2 weeks. I ordered a bottle of Chanca Piedra online. I’ve read that this tincture is supposed to help dissolve the stones inside your liver so hopefully it will help me clean out the stones that are imbedded in the bile ducts.
Here is a picture of some of the stones from my last flush.
