What is this parasite? Blood fluke or morgellons? Please help?

I've been coughing these up for 2 years. More like forcefully spitting these from my throat and sinus. They are in my skin, lips, mouth, eyes... You name it. They have ruined my life. I spend 8 hours a day expelling hundreds of these. I'm tired and weak and after 2 years of battling I am losing. What is this demon? Please help
