Intestinal parasites? Yes, but Wtf is this one?

One of many unpleasant things that have been invading my personal intestinal space for entirely too long. All tests are normal, but these and many odd come out like mad after anti parasitic treatments.
Just finished 2nd dose of Albenza. I just want them all gone.
