Morgellons/Parasites/Fungi/Progozoa??? These are in my skin, recently coming out in very painful (very sharp) die-off from the Mebendazole I'm taking (400mg 1x day).

This is exactly what my skin looks like. There are a variety of worms, with the majority being these segmented, black, long, thin worms that are lying on their side in my skin. I probably have millions of them. And some are HUGE and I didn't even know they were there until I recently began taking Mebendezole (1 400 mg tablet once a day, with a break every 5 days or so because with all the die-off, my skin is looking janundiced/yellow). I don't know how the huge ones are going to get out. The ones that CAN get out are the ones in the superficial sores, all over my body, the worst of which are on the top of my lower legs, the tops of my forearms, and my shoulders. Here are a few pics I took tonight. I don't know how long this whole process is going to take, but the dermatologist I'm going to see hopefully tomorrow will no longer be able to write "Delusional Parasitosis" on my chart because there will be no way to deny what is now in my skin. If anyone knows what these are (the black ones and the other ones that can be seen in the pics, please let me know. I used to think I had Hookworm, then when the die-off started, I started thinking Ascaris, maybe some Flukes...? I really don't know.
Please pray for me. I'm afraid of what's going on INSIDE of my body where I can't see. Maybe my heart, lungs, kidneys...? God help me.
