The way to purge and flush is Reeses PINX and IVM.
I suggest a test of a small dose first, I threw up for 3 weeks.

PinX is deadly to worms, this clears out round worms, tape worms, others. A daily shot of IVM will keep them sleeping, while they are removed to reduce the toxins, explosions, babies, or eggs they could release.

Repeat in 3 weeks.

If your worms have migrated, it is a much bigger deal.

Turns out I was completely infested.

I would not start a flush without:

Magnesium Citrate
Potassium Citrate
MSM Bulk or capsule
Bobs Redmill Baking soda
PH test strips
Magnesium Sulfate Capsules (or USP epsom salt) in a pinch

Magnesium Sulfate 1030mg keeps your liver flushed.
