I have had over 50 kidney stones related to an intestinal bypass that I had years ago. Whenever a kidney stone attack comes on I go jogging and they pass within one to two days. The longest it has ever taken is 4 days and that was to pass a 4mm and 6mm stone. A dostor passed this information on to me years ago after having done tests on dogs. I have done the liver flush several times. You can sustitute (or just add)liquid fruit pectin for grapefruit juice and super dieters tea for epsom salt. I get best results by taking 1 gram of niacin first thing in the morning. I had pain at first with niacin until I did the flush with fruit pectin and that cleared the blockage that caused the pain. Adding niacin is a major improvement and I always pass more stones when I use it. Also, you can take grapefruit juice, olive oil, and niacin every day without without any laxative and pass stones. the thing you gotta understand is by doing these flushes caused me terrific pain that i did not have before. all that fat (oil) caused my gallbladder to super-concentrate the bile from my liver. thus creating REAL stones. Thank you, KiKi! You have given me food for thought. Why did you end up with mercury poisoning? Did you have the wrong doctor attempt this? I’m not sure where to have my removals done. I imagine that I will have to go to a large city like Denver or Dallas. But I have read about the care that must be used for this procedure, and I don’t want just any Joe Schmoe to do it. For now, I must simply strengthen my body so it can deal with it on a daily basis. I have mercury poisoning from my amalgamam removel. I am very ill and the therapy is long and expensive. You cannot do to much research on how they remove it.
