hi

i decide to try without the capsule for the first time.
planning to do it in 5 days time. very excited, hopefully everything goes well. from what i have read around, the main problem seems to be drinking the olive oil. hopefully it's not that yucky.

thanx for the reply, at least i know it's not painful now...
