Best of luck to you, I am getting ready to take by oo and coke dose in about thirty minutes. To be honest with you, I take the es because the magnesium citrate is the nastiest thing I have ever done(I vomited , like I never had before) . The coke is very calming to the stomach and I have had success with it. Good Luck.
