It's crazy... I've never thought I'd be talking so much about my bowel movements and etc.
I'm glad I am learning so much about how to really take care of yourself, though.
I started taking B&P drinks about 3 weeks ago, only one a day.
At that time it wasn't green. I stopped taking B&Ps for about 4 days. When I started back again I have been drinking 2 of them a day. I noticed a couple days later my bowel movements were bright green, (like my gallstones) I thought maybe it was bile, or that mucoid plaque. I haven't had any blackish stuff yet. How long did that take for you to get that out?
I didn't take the B&P's during my flush time, yesturday and wednesday. My bowel movements were brown during the last 48 hours.
I'm wondering now if they will turn green again.
The flush was another success, with 41 stones, making my grand total 169 all together. How many have you passed? Tweet
