Do I have to do the parasite clense before a liver clense will work?

Hi, I planned on doing the liver/gallbladder cleanse until I read that if you dont do the parasite or kidney clense, the liver cleanse wont work cause it cant with living parasites in it. I read how to do the parasite cleanse, and It seems WAY too much trouble for me, and Is it REALLY necessary? And theres no way I could go out and get all the ingredients for it. If someone knows if The liver cleanse will stioll work for me with out doing anything else, then PLEASE help me!!! Im a 19 yr old girl, with much other things to take care of than this, and no one else can even help me cause they think Im crazy for getting all into this! Tweet
