I honestly don't know, does anyone know what the sulfur from the Epsom Salts does in a liver flush?

I would rather have done the flush exactly as instructed, but I read a few accounts of people going to the hospital for heart palpitations. Since I already have some electrolyte issues, I opted for Magnesium Citrate. Not sure if this is any safer, but I am familiar with taking that supplement daily, so I felt like it was a more cautious approach for my first flush. Tweet
