I would ask, what is the source of ya all's vitamin E, and how much are you getting ?
Vitamin A ?
K2 ?
Also, is there a boron deficiency ?

I would look at D-mannose, as it is an activator for many important things:

I would begin making sure the body is receiving enough IP6.
I would ask about what is the dietary source of phosphatase enzyme ? Cooking destroys it. A good source is raw potatoes, the little red ones.
I would look at the intake of F2, if the body is getting enough arachidonic and linolenic and linoleic.
Teaspoon of molasses contains a wide range of essential trace transition-metal minerals, esp. manganese.
