Re: I done tests for Candida, Bacterial Overgrowth, Food Sensitivity and Leaky Gut
It could be quite helpful for you to list your symptoms. Don't forget to include changes in mood, especially those that your friends and loved ones say you have but you don't think are relevant. ( I've been there and thankfully am much improved )
Since you are limited financially consider the following:
Take some apple cider vinegar with meals whenever possible. This might help with the absorption of B12, zinc various amino acids, etc.
Take some zinc. The amount in a multivitamin may not be enough. I think it is in 3BHSD that converts DHEA towards T. I also like zinc for promoting healthy oral environment. Try 1/4 of an inexpensive zinc gluconate tablet with a teaspoon of water before bed. Let the paste coat your mouth, lips and throat. It is available at the local pharmacy. A tastier option might be lef.org's zinc acetate lozenges. I cut them into 4 or 8 pieces.
Include some selenium. It is a helpful antioxidant in our toxic world.
I assume you are now taking a probiotic containing BifidoB.
B12 is available in a sublingual placed under your tongue or behind upper lip. I stronly encourage you to start with very low doses until you determine that you don't become agitated or violent from B12.
It will likely take weeks, not days, for the effects to kick in.
Avoid glyphosate (roundup) in
Genetically-Modified-Organisms foods as much as possible. Eating organic may help somewhat but probably won't fit in your budget.
