After who knows how long I discovered I was suffereing from a low fat diet and started looking into the miraculous benefits of good fats my low fat diet (blindly) didnt realize the foods I eat were just low fat foods ...I was even stressing my liver/gallbladder.. Anyhow what oils give u the best blend should one experiment with a few in rotation or what I drink 1-2 tbsp of olive oil and some fish oil right now trying to come up with a good balance
