Anyone know if this is protasis or internal hemorroids or both?

My perineum is swollen and so is the part beginning to connect to the anus and the top part of the anus. Is this protasis or internal hemorroids? I can't push to urinate or to have a bowel movement at the moment. I can urinate but it comes out without effort, I can't push. I ordered butcher's broom but I don't know if that will help the swollen perineum. Any thoughts? Tweet
