1 flush completed
I am a 30 year old male, and I just tried flushing for the first time last week (A little AA-ish, it sounds!). I got out at least 150 gallstones, some the size of a pin, others a very large marble, along with some other weird looking stuff. I will do another flush next week, there is surely more where those came from. I found out a couple months ago I was born with one kidney, so I am not trying to over-flush and wreak more havoc on my kidney.
I began having abdomen pain last summer, after I strained it lifting weights. No matter what I did, I kept re-injuring myself, in both my upper and lower abdomen. My shoulders, knees and right shoulder blade also started to hurt more than ever, despite working out less than ever before. I soon started realizing there was something more going on.
Gallstones run in my family, since my mother, grandmother, and two sisters have all had their gallbladders removed. I also have a hiatal hernia, which I believe is definitely related, since it bothers me more when my abdomen does, and vice versa. I don't really have much heartburn, just that terrible 'swollen' feeling in my throat and limited breathing capacity, especially if I get nervous and my diaphragm tightens.
The point of all this, is that it is frustrating making sense of everything, and it is good to know others are searching for (and finding) the answers. My wife and sister both have hiatal hernias, and I am helping my other sister who has her gallbladder so she won't have future problems. I think God has us go through these things so that we may help others with similar issues, and be helped by others who are eager to do so.
Best of wishes to everyone, but please don't let your ailments and your eagerness to be rid of them define you, you are more important than even your health (not to downplay the greatness of it, just keeping it in perspective!). God bless!
