Re: And if not, does it seem plausible?

Well, if no one here has cured Acne with iodine, does it seem plausible that Iodine deficiency could be the cause of Acne in some people? Because I know that Iodine is present in the skin, so maybe not having enough could cause Acne for me? Because of the way my skin cleared up for 2 weeks and then broke out maybe just because of bromide detox, it seemed like it was doing something, but I keep feeling so hopeless as it gets worse during this beginning phase. I just really want this to be the answer considering I think I've tried everything else!

Obviously I'd want to keep going with the Iodine anyway for all the other health reasons. But my acne makes me sad and I want to know if iodine deficiency could be the problem.

Also, how long did you get detox acne for? Wondering where the light at the end of the tunnel could be. Thanks :)
