Hey guys I am starting a brown rice fast on Wednesday. I plan to do this for at least 5 days, but my ultimate goal is 7 to 10 days.
If you have candida, adrenal fatigue or whatever I STRONGLY recommend you try this with me! It'll be fun and from what I have researched it is easier on the body then other fasts and just as successful. Its what the chinese would do always to start out if someone was really ill.
THE FAST
- 4 to 8 cups of boiled brown rice a day
- soak the rice
- use a little salt with each meal
- I might do a tsp of coconut oil/olive oil a day
- Relax and lightly exercise
