Has anyone heard or tested this 5-chronic diseases cure?

Has anyone heard of or tested the herbal cure available in Tanzania which has shown to treat five chronic diseases including diabetes and HIV/AIDS? I live here and thousands from within the country and abroad have travelled to this herbalist in a remote area. I know several cases of friends and family members who were suffering of diabetes and are now ok.You can google "loliondo cure" or email me if you need more info.
