The term autoimmune is overused and describes the symptoms rather than the cause.

Celiac disease is an allergy to Gluten, however this is spun into autoimmune disease as the allergic reactions is considered 'abnormal'. Considering humans were never meant to eat wheat, it is strange to think our everyone's bodies would be able to tolerate it. Technically, allergies to pollen could be considered autoimmune.

Crohn's is different than Celiac Disease, Crohn's is chronic inflammation with no specific trigger. Celiac Disease only occurs when Gluten is ingested.

The SCD is useful in healing the damaged intestines, however monitoring via Darkfield Blood analysis showed several pathogens common to all. The SCD isn't known to eradicate the well documented cause, that being Mycoplasma Fermetans Incognito.

Mycoplasma was seen attacking the red blood cells. It is one of the few pathogens that actually goes inside your cells, causing the autoimmune response. So if it infects your intestines, you get Crohn's or Colitis.
