The reason why no one answers is because no one has experience /or no one knows what concentration of Magnesium Citrate you got.
Not many people use Magnesium Citrate because some people think that the best way to flush is to follow Hulda's guidelines.
Also, I doubdt that Magnesium Citrate is as good cholagogue as Magnesium Sulfate. (ie, I doubdt it causes bile production and excretion as much as Magnesium Sulfate.)
If you have liquid Magnesium Citrate, you can take 1/2 cup of it at 6pm and 1/2 cup at 8pm and if that doesn't cause diarrhoea, take the same amount at 6am and at 8am the next morning.
If you do get diarrhoea, then take less in the morning.
If you don't get diarrhoea in the morning, before 10pm, then take more, take one whole cup more ...
You will have to experiment in order to get the results.
