My father may have pancreatic cancer as well and we have him on graviola and essiac.
Graviola or Paw Paw has amazing findings in research in the shrinkage of tumors and they hope to use it for chemo for many cancers. Graviola was found to be effective in test tube studies on many cancers including pancreas. Paw Paw has been extensively reserched and graviola continues to be researched (both trees in the same family).

I think it is worth it to try anything. I e-mailed Dr. Mclaughlin from Purdue University to ask him more questions about his research. His is now retired and works as researcher for Nature's Sunshine Products.
