Feeling better today. More energised, and healthy! Feel free to comment!

Today's gone somewhat easier!
Mum's been a bit tense on her fifth day (she started a day ahead), but I've been able to keep my cool. No worries at work, didn't get that tired either, but I think the main reason for that is me drinking more juice today than on the other days. At least I feel so. Also, I've had a couple of glasses of that divine fruit juice which has given me a nice energy rush, so I think it's all for the good. So not really weak and tired any more, I even found the energy to drag the vacuum cleaner upstairs and get rid of my powder mess.
Loose occasional cravings, but no real hunger today. Still not entirely satisfied, and I've still felt a bit fed up with the fast. Next time I'll definitely have to prepare better. It's no use going on a fast when you're not completely motivated!
I was actually able to watch a couple of cooking shows today without getting irritated, so that's pretty good, and mum's been of good support although we don't really talk about the fasting experience as much as just are there for each other and see someone else not eating too. Mum's quite a trooper, she's been cooking for her husband and my brother this whole time, not a whole lot, but it must be enough to make it a bit harder for her. But I think she's pleased with the results, she's already feeling more energised and happy and her tummy's much better, and skin is better as well.
I think my skin's probably a bit better as well, and as the water weight is vanishing there's been a slight difference in my belly bump as well. Also, something I'm greatly pleased about, my dandruff problem seems to have eased as well, which is great, and probably will keep me motivated to eat sensibly even for that one single reason from now on!
Enough random rambling, it's late (I still suck with my bedtimes) and it's going to be a big day tomorrow, travelling to another city and seeing rellies!
