How to avoid wars.

As I was reading messages from grief-striken mothers,wives and friends of soldiers killed or still on the battle ground in Iraq, I was deeply moved by the rarely advertised suffering of these people,some near suicide.
The dearest loved ones are dissappearing fast from the tormented lives of people-Americans,Iraqis or other nationals,and those who do come back from the battlegrounds,still have their mind filled with hellish scenes,and often end up in suicides,while the wounded ones have a daily struggle for survival.

The questions reapeatedly asked are:

1.Why is this happenning to us,and where will this end?
2. Is it really to promote democracy or freedom?
3.Why are some families not really affectedd by this disaster,their relatives not physically engaged o the front lines,but comfortably enjoying life somewhere,away from chaos?
4. Is there a God watching over all this mess,and if so,why is He not intervening?

According to the ancient scriptures of india,as well as part of Christian and Islamic scriptures,we all have to bear the consequences of all of our actions,even if we think that they are innocent. In order to ahve a peaceful conscience,our actions should be all peaceful,and pleasing God.However,due to wrong teachings or guidance,most people have been accustomed to daily horrible actions,that the wise and saintly people definitely condemn,and have banned from their lives.

For example, the simple action of nourrishing oneself is transformed into a chain of violent and irresponsible actions,turning the planet into a desperate place to live in.
Slaughterhouses are strategically placed,so as not attract attention to public,while the cries of despair of the victims are silenced:the bloody products,neatly packed,end up on the shelves of supermarkets and joyfully appreciated by people:they ignore or pretend to ignore what happenned at the death of such animals.

My spiritual Master,Srila Prabhupada,who brought the Vedic culture in the West,said that the reaction to these daily crimes is WAR!During such painful events,entire regions are transformed into a huge slaughterhouse,with tears and cries from families and friends of victims.In some conflicts,there is nearly a 50% or more chance to come back in a wooden box,or just dissappear without any trace.

So,if anyone reading this,agree that animals also do suffer from the cruelty of man,he should take the decision to immediately stop meat-eating,ask God for forgiveness for past cruelty to animals,and help in future to spread the message of love to all creatures.
Being merciful,the Lord will immediately reciprocate,and it will be the start of a better future for all the family and friends.Former habit of cruelty,encouraged by doubtful scriptures,should be forgotten,as reality is nowadays right available to us.Just by clicking on Youtube,one can watch the agony of animals being tortured in slaughterhouses,as if they are just protein machines,with no feelings or senses.

More and more Christians and muslims are coverting to a peaceful diet nowadays,being informed of the horror of their eating habit,discovering the genuine words of Jesus,St Francis of Assissi and other saintly persons.It's also a question of health,as meat is quite dangerous,due to cover-ups from government regarding deadly diseases,such as mad cow disease:too many billions of dollars are involved!


Next,what to do about the real culprits behind wars?
Anyone nowadays,can be informed,thanks to internet,about the secret dealings of the wealthy clans,who are profiting from wars and conflicts of the planet.Such people have no scrupules concerning the well being of humanity:the only concern:How to get richer and richer,no matter how the money is earned!Invading oil or other mineral rich countries,or manufacturing deadly weapons,whose acquisition ruin entire nations,producing foodstuffs and medicines which are detrimental to health,and dealing in drugs.

The answer is very simple:if such people are found guilty of conspiring against the majority of peace and health -loving population,protecting only few families,they should be eliminated,just like a surgeon uses a sharp knife to operate a diseased patient,and is not scared of shedding his blood in doing so.Afterwards,the body will return to normal life,though the operation can be painful.But if everyone is scared and uselessly lamenting,it's death for the infected body!

So,violence,used in the service of the Lord,is welcome,as proved by the Bhagavad Gita,in which Arjuna hesitated to kill the usurpers of power,but Krishna encourged him to fight powerfully against such evil persons.God was on his side,and the victory is always won by Divine intervention,for the benefit of all.
Is there any reactions to such violence?No!Just like the surgeon,using his knife ,will never be prosecuted to shed blood,soldiers never have to suffer reactions from his violent acts!They do get reactions,however,when the causes of the conflict is not to establish Divine order,but for material greed of one powerful group over another,often less armed or completely unarmed.

Before getting engaged into any conflict,one should make sure that the new leaders will be more on the divine side,and not just replace miscreants by another group of same denomination,as thus,conflicts will be eternal!
Radical plans have to be planned in advance,concerning the running of the country's affairs,and without the help and advice of wise men,the task is impossible!Therefore,knowledge of the laws of God is necessary,in order to acheive this.There,sure,will be eternal opposition to any plan to rule this world,but with logic and love,it is possible to establish the right path for humanity.If no attempt is made to find out and implement God's true will,it's sure that this planet will implode soon with all the poisonous feelings being generated though fratricidal conflicts.

One should not wait for such ideal philosophy to reign in the country and among nations nations,as quite a percentage are too far in their contamination of the mind to make any change:for such people or nations,the only answer is destruction,as such is the will of the Lord,and such is the law of karma!One can start by changing oneself,as soon as he is convinced of such divine path,and by preaching to others daily,in different ways,his example will just spread like a medicine in the diseased body.Only light can brighten a dark region,and wise persons are just like brillant spots that will enlighten this dark world,bringing joy,harmony and real prosperity to all,including animals and plants.
