Cold feet... But I got over it. Feel free to comment!

Well, been munching on quite a few soaked prunes today to get my bowels moving, which has worked with varying success. Made a whole heap of yummy juice to start drinking from tomorrow on. Haven't made any broth yet, it's going to be a last resort really, only if I get too hungry for plain juice.
I did eat a steak, actually one and a half, with veggie mash. I'm not too proud of that. I should've realised that if I'm even going to have any, I should've had only a little. But worry is the most pointless feeling invented, and I'm not going to feel too guilty about this.
I do feel bloated, but not in the 'tummy full' way, it's more like lower tummy and below. Probably has nothing to do with my meals today.
Have been sweating like a pig which reminds me I need to remember to take those hot baths, not that I really desire one as the weather has finally started to go towards that familiar humid summery heat, but I do not want to be covered in pimples, caused by detoxing, when I get to meet my boyfriend up North (I haven't seen him in some three months now). So gotta take care of my skin. I didn't get the chance to look for a brush for dry brushing, but I thought a dry towel might do the trick, so I'll probably give that a go before baths.
I'm a bit worried that tomorrow morning, when I wake up, I'll forget that I'm on a fast, and go straight for the leftover porridge in the fridge. I was very very motivated and focused to the fast up until about a week ago, but especially today I've been dreaming of a lot of food (nothing unhealthy though) that I feel like I should've indulged on before my pre-week to avoid any cravings. But I was watching a fashion show on TV a moment ago which - knowing that the girls on stage aren't healthy - somewhat inspired me to stick to my plan as I can't wait to feel and look more fabulous. Especially this bloated "pregnant" feeling is annoying me!
