Other than sharing a hilarious comedy clip with my husband, I've not watched anythhing television has to offer. I do believe that laughter is the best medicine. Here is a funny clip

It is pitiful I have not attended mass in three months. I am going to see if the hospital chaplain can hear my confession. Right now I manage to do five minutes of meditation in the nursing home chapel. When I get up in the morning, I should pray. Just a thought. Maybe pray a decade of the rosary or see if I can download Mother Angelica prayers to my ipod and go for a prayer walk. It is amazing how much more time I have since freeing myself from the bondage of television and those awful commercials.

My husband read my blog, this blog not the other one and said Awwww my baby had a nutter...and he is right. I got about three hours of sleep which was bad because this mental derailment was coming for a while. I told him about my fears of having a fibroid and he said that I have no evidence that would point to a fibroid. True too. Ever since, I started working out and going raw, my periods have been a little spotty. Well not trying to go raw but figure out my diet and certain cooked foods make my body respond in not so nice ways. I learned that chocolate doesn't help PMS. It makes it worse. Today I was on a snacking 'binge', not really a binge but eating a little more than usual and eating subpar foods from the resident refrigerator. Eat nursing home food and you WILL end up in a nursing home. When I was done washing up the residents, I had time to sit down and look at my goals and reorient myself. I'm going to sleep tired but feeling better.

BTW, the thing on my bumholio is almost gone and I'm not spotting anymore. I think I might add SAM-E to my repertoire of vitamins.
