workout, food and sex.... yeah baby!

I woke up earlier than expected and so did my husband. One of the best parts of being married is hanging out in bed on a rainy Saturday, talking then doing a little HMMM HMMM B) As opposed to staring up at the ceiling wishing desperately I didn't have to work or some sort of thing like that. Anyway, my upperbody is aching so today is running day (even in the rain!) and working on my abs. I've not been as focused on my abs as I should be.
Yesterday I had the best salad ever using chickory from my backyard with tomatoes.
My workout:
warm up: run up and down the backyard hill two times, 25 jumping jacks and punches to warm up the body then five minutes of stretching focusing on upper body.
chest presses with the cinderblock 2x12
chest presses with basketball 2x8
chest presses with cinderblock 2x8
total gym:
chest presses on 2nd notch 2x10
one arm presses on 2nd notch 2x10
seated rows for a little cardio mixup
I'm up to 8 pushups
db presses on my FIL's fish cooler biggrin.gif 2x12
shoulder presses 2x12 db AND total gym
triceps 2x12
triceps presses on total gym 2nd notch
I am making a committment to carefully detailing my workouts so I can track my progess better. I know what I want to do and just go out there and do it. I like the cinderblocks,etc.
