my saturday raw food/fitness plan

Food plan:
breakfast:barley grass powder
meal 2: grapefruit and orange juice fresh
meal 3: apples or some other fruit type
lunch: big green salad with olive oil and apple cider vinegar
meal 4: more fruit
dinner: green salad
Exercise plan:
1 hour vigorous running/walking
30 minutes calisthenics/bikram yoga
