Bodybuilding on an unprocessed food plan by ren .....

giving the raw food diet a try

I have a one day food plan prepared according to the precepts of the Hallelujah Diet. I am a devotee of the raw foodists Storm and Jinjee BUT I'm including a Vitamin Shoppe soy phytonutrient protein powder in this part of the program. My concern is divided between losing inches for my first wedding dress fitting and improving my health. If I was the type of person that returns opened items, I would but I think I'll just use what I have while I develop nutmilk substitutes.

I am using:

Vitamin Shoppe brand soy protein powder
brazil nuts from Whole Foods Market
couscous from Whole Foods Market
shredded coconut from the same... I find their bulk section to be great for the budget conscious. All of my grains and things came to seven dollars. The brazil nuts were the most expensive item coming in at about three dollars and change.
All of my vegetables came from a conventional grocery store and they cost ten dollars. My sister bought a green powder called Green Magma. I read some of the Hallelujah Diet materials and they really advocate for Barleymax but I think I like Pines and Green Magma better. We shall see since it's been a while with those products.

I printed out my copy of Raw Vegan Muscle Mass and plan to use some the recipes during this time. I think that I will take some pictures also tonight, some befores to see how the raw food diet affects my appearance, esp. my face and skin quality.
