Continuing with the "New Beginning" process as stated in the previous entry.

Something on the order of a footnote: In the hours since my "New Beginning" entry I have remembered one of the affirmations that became apart of me in the mid-80's: "Truth is my Will". That went along with "Love is my Nature".

So, it's been about 13 hours since I talked with my friend this morning about my being a "traveling companion" across the country and I have already told a couple people about this and I also said I would allow 24 hours for it to cycle through me. So far, it's feeling pretty good to me! I find that I am beginning to relax enough to actually eat a regular meal this evening. (I didn't mention this in the first entry but I was "prepared" to not eat anything while I was being held by the agents (who are foreign to my government) and I said so during the booking process. I imagined that would possibly get their attention after a couple meals were passed up and yet I was willing to go the distance. My only concern was for water and so I am really glad not to have had to go much of a distance on that one.)

I was reading about International Law this afternoon and read: "The act of one government in acknowledging the validity and sovereignty of another (government) is called recognizing it." And that immediately reminded me of the cop who stopped me saying that he/the State didn't acknowledge the foreign jurisdiction that I was claiming I was under. Continuing on in my reading: "This recognition is ... the mere acknowledgement of existing facts." So, it is not sufficient to merely have the paperwork, the declarations, the "positive ID", etc. they need to be acknowledged by the government agents. Prior to 9-11 I had more experiences of these various agents considering the facts of my "papers" (as in "yours papers please"). Nowadays there appears to be less tolerance (on the part of the agents) for "papers" that do not come from the corporate government even though the statutory requirements for the inclusion of certain information as acceptable for ID purposes may not have changed. I think that is because the government agencies have become all the more parasitical in their collection efforts through fines and the like and they need an "account" number to collect their assessments. I refused to provide that information and I was threatened with being locked up for about two and a half days and still I refused!

About twenty five years ago I was hitch hiking around Houston and one of their highway men confronted me for the dastardly deed of "soliciting a ride" and in the process he asked for a SSN and I refused and then he arrested me. I actually took the matter to court and told the jury that I believe the SSN is the "number of the beast". After the trial I was told that there was a Christian on the jury who then appealed to the other jury members to be lenient on me and so they found me guilty of the "act" but fined me a penny! Now I figure why waste everyone's time for a penny! The truth is that court system is not my court. I truly have no business there.
