brief note about my energy burst

I'm still awake. I read three books in one day today and am getting so many ideas downloaded into my consciousness it's CRAZY!! LOL I can't imagine what some serious fasting, eating 100% raw and serious prayer and meditation will do. I'd never go to sleep!!! I'm awake watching CNN and Fox News coverage of Hurricane Katrina. Have a blessed Monday everyone.
