mini-update

I am starting a master cleanse today. Not using too much maple syrup though as I want to lose some weight and break the hold that sugar has gotten on my life. I am checking out the MC forums on CureZone (a great resource). I've been in this weird tailspin and am going to attend a overeater's anonymous meeting tonight. I am an addict and the focus is food. I'm off to run some errands and most of it involves walking because my car is out of comission.
