colonic, brief swim in the ocean and dedication to purification

Hello friends! I went and got my first colonic. What an experience... it took forty five minutes to wash out my bowel. I thought it was interesting that the colonic therapist said during a period is one of the best times to cleanse. Anyway, I was a bit self conscious about that but she didn't seem the slightest bit bothered being a nurse by profession. The only thing that was uncomfortable was the feeling of wanting to urinate while she was adminstering therapy. Otherwise, I had a ALOT of gas :o and I needed to eat more vegetables and fiber.

Afterwards, I went to the beach. I read off the things I wanted to say for my dedication. I picked out some prayers from Heal Thyself and Sacred Woman and read them. I rededicated my life to God then went for my ocean swim. I had no idea arctic swimming was so refreshing!! But DAMN! that water is cold.

Just got home from the beauty parlor and now I'm so energized I'm going to clean the house and prepare to smoke out the entire house.
