Hello all, I am glad this roller coster day is over. I ended the day putting some ketchup on my portobello mushroom and having a small cup of tea with condensed milk. Such is life. I've scratched off one day on my chart and am keeping track of my cravings and mishaps. going to go clean up my house now. Have a good evening everyone.
