Good morning everyone. I had a nice cup of tea and a pear for breakfast. I'm a bit depressed, a rebound from the drastic decrease of caffeine. I calculated that I was consuming about 1500 to 2000 mg of caffeine daily at the height of my depression. I figured in energy pills, cups of coffee, and chocolate. Last night I thought I misplaced a envelope of money and couldn't sleep. I watched a new show on A&E called Intervention where they help people with their addictions. Food is an addiction folks, and that's why I'm a recovering overconsumer of food.
Anyway, on a happier note, I'm glad to see someone else blogging about being disorganized. I'm a procrastinator and am doing it right this minute. At least I recognise that *LOL* For lunch I am going to have a raw meal of tomato and avocado. Yesterday, I had that and liked it.
