thoughts on eating

I ate a coco bread with soy margarine, cookie, and small coffee.

I think I'm a little depressed that I didn't express ample motivation to attend New Life Expo in Manhattan. Overeating is a big problem with me. Tonight I am going to an Overeaters Anonymous meeting. I look forward to sharing with the curezone family about OA.
