routines,food diary,etc.

9AM... I woke up at 8:30 to let Sophie out to pee. I am laying in bed with my laptop reading the morning news and watching an episode of Larry Elder. I also made myself a cup of tea w/milk. My first act of taking care of myself is going to be washing my hair. Sounds obscure but when I am depressed I do not care for my appearance. My hair has not been washed in three weeks.
