Enchanted Garden FIrst Installation by YourEnchantedGardener .....
One of the Birth places for the Holistic Health Movement was San Diego. One of the Conferences where the seed grew up was called the Mandala Conference. That was where the first Enchanted Garden Installation was held. These are old writings from the Mandala Conference 1984.

This morning, while decuttering,
I started to go through a notebook of
writings from the early 80's. I was able to
throw out most of them without two much time
taken, but when I came upon a few of the flyers
from the first Enchanted Garden Installation
at the Mandala Conference, a birthplace for the
Holistic Health Movement, I took my laptop out back
and started to type...
These are some of the oriiginal invites to the
Enchanted garden. Since there have been many
installations.
Over the years, they get more and more refined
and become the Altar, or spiritual center for the Conference.
One of the most most exciting Enchanted Garden Installations
was at the International Feng Shui Conference 2005 in San Diego
at the Hilton Hotel.
The next one will be small, yet powerful--
at the Pacific Symposium.
We will do the Plant Your Dream work in this Sacred Space
across from the Registration area.
When plants, flowers, seeds, and souls come together at these
conferences, I feel a shift in personal consciousness. The
eternal healer--The Enchanted Gardener--overshadows me.
Conference attendeeds have left home. They imagine
they have arrived to get CEU's. They anticipate stepping
into a Commercial Hotel. They are often weary from travel.
They come up to the Conference to Register.
Unsuspectingly, they are met with frangrances--aromatics--
'life fresh herbs brought with high intention.
They are welcomed into the Enchanted Garden Web.
They are given materials that say Plant Your Dream.
The Whole Universe--Our Whole Future--deeply, deeply
is asking each of us to "Plant Your Dream,"
This is Holy Work. this is Soul Inspired work.
This week, I have a deadline step out of the Decluttering
Fragmented Consciousness I have been in for weeks--
pulled in so many directions-- internally--and create the ads
for the Pacific Symposium.
Today I went to the Farmers' Market.
It is the Full Moon in Aquarius. My moon is in Aquarius.
I felt very good on the way to the Farmers' Market,
but when I got there, I felt extremely emotional.
I have so much love to give and receive right now.
I have been in isolation, nose to the grindstone.
I have been feeling high sensitive and over the edge.
I wanted to connect with all the beautiful flowers
of people, but my energy was in shock coming into
the Space from the 80's Decluttering Box.
Fragmentation comes from losing our Soul.
My Space is intensely fragmented.
I am O.K. if I an Focus on on thing at a time,
but I cannot focus on one thing at a time.
I have deadlines this week.
I have ugliness in my personal space--clutter--
when I open my eyes.
There is much I would like to do, but I do not know
and I have to summon the Inner Strength.
I am feeling extremely lonely for God.
I am feeling lonely for my Soul.
I am lonely for an expressing of Mother
in the feminine, but the only expression of that
that I can count on now is inside me.
I am writing to shake off this shattering.
I need to focus, and it would be more serene
if I had what does not seem possible, a clear space
in my bedroom.
[I am going to see what I can do....in a bit...]
Here are the writings I typed in so far.
The last Altar I created was with Paris
at the World Environment Day in Mexico
before June 2.
Here are photos from the Enchanted Garden
at the last Pacific Symposium.
Below this are some of the words
from the first Enchanted Garden Installation
in 1983 or 1984.

This is another Handout from that time period:
The Enchanted Garden Meditation AREA
WELCOMES YOU!
REVISITING THE ENCHANTED GARDEN
The Enchanted Garden represents a vison of a whole and happy San Diego,
and an evolving model that seeds the city of the future everywhere as a healng environment fostering reverence for life and good neighborliness. Its premise is that through culturing the best n every person, as a caring gardener tends beloved plants, we can each grow into healthy humans who have not died to the innocent dreams within us.
The Enchanted Garden whispers, “Celebrate the world peace that can only begin within your self; Be the cosmic cheerleader you are, rooting for the whole being in all life to express itself. Enter the healing Environment,
the oasis of serenity, where people and plants grow.
Take your shoes off, Relax, feel the qualities of beauty,
harmony, and innocence that from this point of presence
will spread far and wide. The Enchanted Garden welcomes you!”
THE PHILOSOPHY of THE GARDEN
[ This piece here has extra words that
sound funny and heady, but I left it as it was: ]
The Enchanted Garden holds that where widespread
fragmentation is present, fragmentation that does not empower the visionary instinct, the sense of awe and wonder within each person to remake a better world, fragmentation that separates commerce and technology
from the opportunity to refine human culture--despair reigns.
This despair gives rise to the local and global
crisis we read abuot in our headlines.
The Enchanted Garden holds that where widespread
fragmentation is present, fragmentation that separates
the poetry of life from its science; imagination from
academic excellence; we have separated the body of humanity from its mind and soul purpose. In doing so,
the spirit of freedom has been imprisoned, and thus bound, the infertile soil breeds disease, pollution,
and war.
The solution to this fragmentation is to heed the cry,
“Mend the broken wholeness!” This ideal is possible
thorugh contacting what is most natural within us,
beginning by honoring the world of our senses--sight,
sound, scent, taste, and touch; and secondly recognizing
that life blossoms where senses and feelings, thoughts
and perceptions, unfold into heightened awareness
of the interrelatedness of everything.
The Enchanted Garden holds and affirms--You--and your
destiny to be fulfilled as a flowering petal that has declared
you essential independent right to be uniquely shaped by the authority
within you as well as your adulthood to recognize that one petal alone
does not make a flower.
Through making a Declaration of Interdependence
as well, each human and this earth flowers.
