This is the list of San Diego Farms
and Community Gardens as compiled by Julie Osborn as featured
on her excellent website.
http://communityfarmsandgardens.org/?page_id=6
Julie has been having some technical difficulties
with web site building last time we talked (June 25).
She did an excellent job organizing the Press Conference
"For the Love of Food" Press Conference June 25, that featured
City Council, community organizations and residents celebrating
the growth of urban food production in San Diego
I am reprinting here Julie Osborn's List
on the Plant Your Dream Blog,
and adding additional entries.
Those Marked with (FF) indicate Friends of the Farm
and are Featured on the Friend of the Farm Website.
Those marked HFM are organic farmers and vendors featured
at the Hillcrest Farmers' Market, my primary Farmers' Market.
I am the Webmaster for the Friend of the Farm site
that features Farmers lised on the Friends of the Farm.

One of my Summer Projects, in between Decluttering
and Refining How Structures at our Enchanted Garden Intentional
Community, will be to add listings here.
Numbers of the Friends of the Farm are feature will be
featured at the 2007 Pacific Symposium at the Catamaran Hotel.

Pacific Symposium features a Plant Your Dram Altar.
One of the primary Seed Dreams of the Altar at the Catamaran
is to inspire the more than 400 students of the Pacific College
of Oriental Medicine to include in their shopping pattern
support of their own Tummies through establishing personal relationships
with local San Diego Farmers who vend at the Hillcrest Farmers'
Market.
This outstanding Conference draws leading edge Traditional Chinese
Medicine (TCM) Practitioners and students from around the country
and the world.
The Enchanted Garden and its Plant Your Dream Altar serves
delights the attendees with arrays of local fresh foods, and aims
to inspire these practitioners to include organic foods locally grown
in their own diets, as well as recommended these to the 10's of thousands
of Clients these practitioners serve throughout the USA.
Numbers of Practitioners join and renew their membership in
The Enchanted Garden Club each year. It is the Enchanted Garden's
primary Fall Conference.
Numbers of the Hillcrest Farmers' Market Vendors are
also featured at the nearby Hillcrest Whole Foods Market,
located at 711 University Avenue., San Diego, CA 92103.
