Overview of Energy inflow and outflow... income and expenses....

Feeling Financial Needs.

Wanting to further balance Service Opportunities
with income necessary to meet expenses to do them.

The inflow of energy and the outflow of energy.

The Outflow is tremendous.
It always is.

There would be more Inflow if the Outflow
was more balanced, if I were doing less and going deeper.

The House is an enormous Outflow.
At this point, it is hardly anywhere equal to the Inflow
of what it balances;and yet it is necessary to have this commitment.

The House and Business are not integetrated.
The energy of doing the Business of the House is a constant
energy sink that needs to be delegated.

The most progress I have made this year is with
The Business of doing the Enchanted Garden Business.

That Business is a separate account.
The Events are all under the Enchanted Garden,
the Business Account.

At times, I will trade help to do Events--
Enchanted Garden Events with trades of energy
with Housemates
or outright paying from Business Funds.

Such was the case with Angelene last
Fall at the Pac Symposium.

I asked PCOM for C.E.U.'s for Angelene
that were valued at hundred of $$$.
Then I traded Angelene here time for helping
me with the set up.

This was messy.
PCOM felt I was arm twisting
too close to the event. There were
repercusions. I had to clean up the communication
with Jack and Tiffany. I did not get to do the
Opening Ceremony because of it.

The Pacific Symposium is my most successful event
of the year, as far as placement and consistent
opportunity to have a place to shine.

That year, I opened up the idea of Sponsors.
That took a Whole Lot of energy during the event.
I put that energy in because It did not look like
I was going to catch the attention of the group
till late in the conference. That was due to no
Opening Ceremony.

Then, there is the Joe the Farmer Seed Dream.

The Major growth came this year because of the alliance
with Joe.

A lot of expense was incurred to advance this project
and a lot of focus when in this direction.

Joe and I need to re-evaluate.

The Buy Back Idea needs a Refocus, due to the present
state of negotiation with the present owners.

The idea of doing a Fall Concert is a Seed Dream.

That would take an enormous amount of energy.

Then, there is the Seed Dream of the Book:
The Comeback fo Joe the Farmer.

That can be a Focus, and an Organic Step.
$500.00 per page.

This will lead to the focus of having something
to take out to the schools.

I put energy into have schools to go to,
when I attended the Gardening with Class Conference.

That notebook needs Focus.
Those contacts need to be organized.
How much energy is asked for that?

Earth Day--The San Diego Earth Fair?
Where does the outstanding Bill rest?
Carolyn did not answer my email.

I will see her tonight.

I may own $350.00 or so...likely do.

Outflows--of $$$ needed.

The Clutch is not up to par now after
the journey home from World Environment Day.
They may cost up to $700.00 when all is said and done.

The House...the Rents and Utilities need to be looked at.

That will take a bunch of hours.

The Rents and Definition of Every Day Cleanup
and Deep Cleaning. That will take energy Outflow
of my time and strength.

i.e, consult with Ellyn and her garden in Oceanside.

The Immediate Commitment for the Summer...

The Cleanup...to create more space.

Sponsors in the Wings....

Andrew Weil...

Necessary to get more sponsors....

Slowing Down and working with Consultant Fees/
i.e. WFM, or R.

R. is a good one that feels real open...

Energy Demand:

Leak with need to take time to write out
and explain to Ally here at home, Rent and Trade.

Must go back to signed Agreement to prevent
$$$ loss of income, and much stress, as per yesterday.
Lack of Clarity creates barbs and exacerbates wounds
on both sides.

Look at budgets...when time...get Assistant.

This will slip away if I do not give it focus...
