Goddess Luna
called about 15 minutes ago.
She wants to know if I can put
on some hot water for tea before she comes over.
She is stealing me away from the computer
and taking me to the hot therapypool
down at the Joan Kroc Salvation Army Center.

We are so lucky to have this million dollar +
facility in the nieghborhood, but I seldom go there.

Between 8-10, and then in the afternoon around 3-5
I could be going to this warm pool.

My shoulders are hurting.
I have a mild pain in my low back.
My left knee had acupuncture a couple days ago,
but it is still feeling tight and possibly unstable.

Every so often--before the Pac Symposium--I landed
in an awkward position and the knee was informing me
that it was not exactly happy with Your Enchanted Gardener.

Goddess Luna has arrived,
"How are you Mr. Enchanted Gardener?"
