Today is a Day to Dance for Rain. I am setting up for the Soilmates Sacred Circle.

This is the second day of
Succot, one of the three primary Harvest
Festivals in the Jewish and Enchanted Garden
Tradition.

Today is our first Soilmates Sacred Circle.
from 4-5 PM.

We will start the activities in less than 1 1/2 hours
with garden tour and Making More Holy Land with
Worm Castings.

Just came home from the FM with some great food
and flowers from the Rodriguez Family.

Bought some figs, concord grapes, and Jujubees
from Steve White and he threw in some passion fruit.

Today is the day when we pray for Rain
as part of the Succot Celebration.

I am setting up an entry Altar now.

Angel greeted me with message as I came in the
kitchen that their is a leak in the upstairs bathroom
shower.

She points to the ceiling in the kitchen.
"See that hole!"

She expresses her concern that the ceiling will fall down.

"I am going to take a shower in the basement!"
she tells me.

I don't have time to look at that leak now,
I tell her.

Yesterday eve, I was taking a shower in the bathroom
I use right next to my bedroom.

The Nikken shower filter sprag a leak
and water started squirted everywhere.

I forgot and was reminded this morning
when I turned on the water knob.

I took a shower upstairs.

Angel is running off to work
in her Ruby's outfit.

I offer her some of the Zamzam
Holy Water that comes from the
Healing Well in Mecca.

Should she take time to dump
the water in the pail on the porch
or time to douse with the Holy Water?

Scott intercedes and says
he will dump the water in the pail.

Angel is grateful for the Holy Water.

I give her as well one of Joe the Farmer's
Russian Heirloom tomatoes that has a design
that looks
like an Outer Space Man made a Crop Circle.

Anna is leaving too in her car.

I offer her some Zamzam but most
lands her in lap.

a day to dance for Rain.

1:03 PM
Kat has not arrived
to prepare food.
She said she would be here
at 12 noon.

I went out to set the entry Altar.
I thought I saw a Lyre lying on the ground
with some cloth bags.
Oh, Kat is here and bringing in things.

I refocused. It was Scott lying on the ground.
"I am sick!" he says. "I feel naseous!"

I telt sick yesterday, I tell him.

Diane also left a message.
She says she is coming out of her funk
from yesterday. She will swim and then come over.
"Not sure who else is coming," she says

I plug in some music with Debbie Friedman
and set up a couple things on the table where
people will entry.

How many people are coming?

It's you and me Babe.

I have never heard this song before
on this CD.

"Gather Round!" Debbie Friendman
is singing.

1:12 PM

Just got a call on the Cell Phone
from Kat. She is on her way.

"Do I want Worm Tea
or just worms???"
she wants to know.

Jody is there too.
He says, "Bring the tea too!"

She will be here soon.
