I have enjoyed developing relationships
with the staff of New Hope Natural Media, the producers
of the Natural Products Expo West, among them Karen Raterman,
Director of Publications, who wrote me this note:

Last summers Feng Shui Conference
took some important steps when
the Hilton and our Enchanted Garden Sponsors
Co-partnered to open the door to
organic food. We served three lunches
made of ingredients from local organic farmers
and Heart and Soul inspired companies.
My aim is next to influence the Hilton Purchasing
Department through creating more Media Events
that show support within the Green Community.
I sense that organic food will be one of the
new additions supported by the California Green
Lodging Program.
In other news, Aramark, one of the nations largest
Food Services Providers, now has an organic program.
Those photos will be on my Images site within a number
of days.
I was following the story at the recent Natural Product Expo
West.

The Organic Center is spearheaded promotion
and education to bring organic food from 2% t0
