Going from 2% to 10% by 2010.

Anthony Zolezzi invited me to be his personal photographer
for the Organic Center fundraiser last night.

I am in the press room right now and this computer is limited
to 20 minutes.

The world shifted for me last night.

I slipped in Enchanted Garden mode,
the mode I have seen so many times before in my life,
but it is always surprising to become an instrument
of the world that is asking to be born.


The day before I spent time in the back kitchen
of the Anahaim Convention Center. The organic chefs
were all arm to arm with the Aramark staff.

Aramark: They are in the USA of and 19 countries worldwide.

I was taking pictures of the executive chef, of the organic
chefs. IT was refreshing to see so many of our foods that
we see in health food stores on the shelves here.

Ao Aramark runs this place. They are on many colleges campuses,
and hospitals. When I brought organic food into the Thornton
that was Aramark in the kitchen.

Snap. Snap. Image. Image. The history of Peace on Earth.

I was really on to this story. Aramark was going organic.
Do you get that? This is one of the major distributors and managers
of the food supply that goes into many places.

The chef helpers were commenting on how they liked to work with
the organic foods. I will post photos before long.

Last night at the banquet, the head of the Organic Center launced
the Organic Mission. We will go form the current 2% of the market share
for Organic to 10% by 2010. Anthony called me in as his Enchanted Gardener.
He wanted me here.

There was some resistance at the door.
This can be common. I once had a little dog bark at me
non stop at a recent event. They do not know what to make of my energy.

Anthony had to come out and get me past the gatekeeper,
just like Mark Victor Hansen had to do at the MEGA Marketing event.

The history of the Natural Food Industry was in that room.

They were launching The Organic Mission.

I stood my ground, learning from recent events.

I connected with a new marketing person on their staff
while others ate. Everyone was on a list long pre made.
I was welcomed in by Anthony who was the MC.

"Why are you taking notes?" the other center head
wanted to know, watching me. I could have just showed him my press
pass. What was he thinking?

By the end of the night, he got what I was about.

I mentioned Aramark. He led me to the Operations Head for the entire
Aramark. I took that photo that sat with the beautiful man
who will head the organic division for Aramark.

Yes, he joined the Enchanted Garden Club.
We are going to hook up my local farmers with Aramark.

Then at the end of the evening I was standing at a table by myself.

The Chief Operating Officer for the Organic Center came by.
By this time, a major fund raising at taken place.

$50.000 for this man.
$50,000 from that man.
I will match that.
I will double that.
Lots of g enerosity and high video professional images flying by.

So here I am standing by myself.
The end of the evening.

This man comes by. Bottomline, he is on their central staff
of this Organic Center that is now committed to move organic out,
out, out.

He approaches me. He is tuned in to the quality of my images.

He wants a CD. He asks. They want to use my images on the web site
for this entire project.

He joined the Enchanted Garden Club.

A contribution will be forthcoming when I sent the CD.

Aramark?
Wanting my images--yearning for them to be utilized properly--
now a Seed Dream on the way to being fulfilled.

So plant your Dream today,
and grow a whole new world.
