Self Talk. I want to make the most of this very important week. Gird my loins. This is not a week to spill my energy. This is a week for emotional Sobriety. I am Self Contained. Spirit is working with me. I am working with spirit.

Self Talk:

I am Self Contained.
I will celebrate every bill I pay today.

I will celebrate that I got a very outstanding
house mate last week who is busily
working in the garden even before moving in.

I am Self Contained.

I am going to make the most of these days
before going up to Los Angeles to check in
with Mark Victor Hansen.

I am Self Contained.

I did tremendous healing with the Jewish Renewal
Community yesterday, here in the city where I live.

I am Self Contained.

I can take time to follow up and write up a few pieces
from "Rekindling of Faith"--my autobiography
and the page from Psalms to Anne.

I am celebrating that Ahuva liked the idea
of doing an evening where we draw in alientated
Jews who would find appeal in Jewish Renewal
through a program where I share my poetry.

I will take time to put a few of those poems
from Rekindling of Faith here.

{Leslie, Big ONE:
Before too long, send "Rekindling of Faith"
to Peter Vegso of HCI...maybe "Psalms to Anne"
around Passover time.'

Or keep the focus with The Seven Love Cures
as promised.

Note: "We've Gone Beyond Words" would have
worked as well as a closing, Or some of the sentences
from "My Goddess Prayer for You" can be used
as Blessings on Food.]

I will send them to Ahuva, and look at sending some
to the list....

I will send the sheet from Psalms to Anne to Fissel,
who sends out the emails...

I will thank Diane for her support through the weekend.

I will celebrate that David did a thumbs up for the brief,
succinct little ceremony I did with the organic fruits
at the close of the Community Building meeting yesterday.

I will appreciate that Diane, a rabbi student, appreciated
the teaching I gave:

"Plants are connected in all Four Worlds of Creation.
Food is intended to be the same. We can tell
the degree it is connected by the aliveness to all our
senses--fragrance, taste, touch, sight, sound (we make the sounds
lots of times...when we eat it, because we can hardly be swtill."

I questioned how the prayer I would say would go.
It went well!!!!!

I left the prayer on Ariella's and Judith's machines early in the morning.
They both responded.

I am Self Contained.

I am not going to miss Kathy not calling every day.

I am going to clean my desk.

I am going to do some laundry.

I am clearning the floor by the printer.
