Journal entry

I've been having symptoms of arthritis
since the age of 15--
one thing after another,
yet if there's a chance the next 15 years can
be--just maybe, better,
I want to take it.
I can see it!

This is from one of the opening pages
to "Loving Together"
one of my first books that I self published
around 1979.

There are a couple copies still in existence
in my pile of one of a kind out of print
and out of circulation books I was just
inspired to look at.
